How Has The Minneapolis City Council Failed The Community?

Recently, the Minneapolis City Council has stepped into the spotlight to address police brutality in the wake of George Floyd's murder by the Minneapolis Police Department. However, the history of the City Council members and their inaction pre-George Floyd comes into question.
