FBI Arrested Judge Hannah Dugan from Milwaukee on Charges of Obstruction After an Immigration Arrest Opt.

The FBI has arrested a sitting judge for, allegedly, “allowing” an undocumented individual to evade arrest.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested April 25 by federal authorities. Judge Dugan is scheduled to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen Dries at 10:30 a.m. today.
